“Europe in Wide Screen”, the MAC meeting to call for Europe to invest more in prevention
Three parliamentary cancer interest groups came together for the first time under MEPs Against Cancer (MAC) to examine with Commission officials and experts how cancer screening programmes were progressing in Member States and to call for Europe to invest more in prevention.“Europe in Wide Screen”, the MAC meeting was held on 13 Feb 2008, was timed to debate the forthcoming Commission Report on Cancer Screening and was co-hosted by the European Cancer Patient Coalition  and the Parliament Magazine. Bron ECPC  pdf-files/Parl Mag Suppement on Cancer Screening Feb 2008.pdf
